Meet Suzannah

Hi, I’m Suzannah, the founder of Rose House Wellness, a yoga teacher, lifelong yoga student, and firm believer that yoga is about so much more than touching your toes.

Rose House is my little corner of the yoga world where every body and every identity gets to belong. I believe a yoga practice doesn't have to look a certain way to be meaningful, and you don't need to be flexible, athletic, experienced, or particularly good at balancing on one leg to practice yoga. You just need to show up.

My teaching is rooted in the traditional practice of yoga and inspired by all eight limbs, not just asana. I'm interested in the things that happen beyond the mat, too: mindfulness, breath, meditation, philosophy, connection, compassion, and the small choices we make every day about how we show up for ourselves and one another.

I love a good playlist, a little ritual, a cup of tea, and the kind of yoga class where everyone leaves feeling a little more like themselves than when they arrived.

And I especially love creating spaces where people can exhale.

Whether we're gathering before a wedding, celebrating a milestone, spending a morning with friends, or simply making time to reconnect, my hope is that Rose House feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. A place to move, laugh, rest, reflect, celebrate, and take up exactly as much space as you need.

Because I don't think yoga should ask you to change yourself before you belong.

You already belong.

That's the heart of Rose House.
